notaio Fabio Franco was born in Milan in 1980.
He studied at Bocconi University in Milan, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Law in 2005. In 2007, he completed his university studies with a Master’s degree in Law from LIUC University in Castellanza.
He passed the State Bar Exam at the Milan Bar Association in 2013 and the Notary Public Examination held in 2018, following which he was appointed Notary Public.
He completed his notary internship at Studio Franco and subsequently collaborated with the law firm of Attorney Carlo Majer and Studio Panzeri in Milan.
Today, he works exclusively at Studio Notaio Franco. Among the activities he personally oversees and manages are out-of-court advisory services, drafting contracts in the areas of corporate, real estate, and estate law—including a full assessment of tax implications—as well as client management and institutional relations with public entities.
He regularly participates in conferences and continuing education seminars for certified public accountants, attorneys, and notaries.

A notary is a public official appointed by the state to guide, advise, and protect private clients and businesses in the execution of contracts.
The Notary must interpret the intentions of all parties and translate them into proper legal terms in accordance with the law. This is where the difference lies between the Notary and other professionals who represent the interests of a single client.

The staff
Studio Notaio Franco was founded in 1979 by notaio Franco. It has been a benefit corporation since 2021.
In 2022, Studio Notaio Franco is embarking on a new phase of its operations from its new office at Via Camperio 4/a, right in the heart of Milan’s historic center.
The new office is located on the top floor of a newly renovated, modern building equipped with every tool to further enhance our services for private clients and businesses.
As part of this renewal, the firm also has a new logo and a new corporate identity: to make it increasingly recognizable and to celebrate the firm’s name and its over 40 years of service.
Since its founding, Studio Notaio Franco has handled transactions in the real estate sector and corporate law.
With an average age of about 35 and very low turnover, the staff at Studio Notaio Franco is a benchmark for expertise, reliability, and dynamism.
There are 15 permanent staff members, organized into structured departments: corporate deeds, real estate deeds, compliance, and administration.
