Request for a copy of documents

Anyone, even if he or she is not a party or is not directly interested in the deed, may request the Notaio public to issue one or more certified copies of a public notarial deed and pay the relevant fee. There is no need to provide any justification or reason for the request for a copy of a public notarial act. In fact, as mandated by legal regulations, the Notaio's issuance of copies is not prejudicial to confidentiality and, therefore, the limits related to the protection of personal data do not apply.
